Symphony Xplorer E5 is most probably the lowest quality and specification smartphone made in 2015. The device is running on android Gingerbread 2.3 version which was released in 2010. So, this device can rather be called a time machine that can take you five years back. Other features like Mali 300 GPU, 1 GHz single-core processor, 256 GB RAM, only up to 3 hours of talk-time, no 3G network etc. are some other features that may take you about 4-5 years back. On the optimistic side, this is probably the lowest price smartphone ever made in Bangladesh. One can still browse Facebook, check emails etc. using a WLAN connection. Making calls, sending SMS works pretty good as well. It has a 1.3 MP primary camera too.
